Fail Art Friday!

Hahah! Nail art is not my best thing and now that I lost my scraper a few days ago I decided to try something with striping tape again. The idea for this one randomly popped up in my head during my lunch break at work 2 weeks ago, but instead of white I had grey in mind. White seemed to go better with it.

I really thought it would work out, but I was wrong :P I had the tape too long or too tight on my nails, so it pulled the other nail polish and it just turned out to be a disaster! Because it's Friday and this nail art turned into a fail, Fail Art Friday would be a nice name for this xD Maybe it will turn back weekly... :)

Untrieds Day 4: China Glaze - Crimson

I once swatched Crimson, but I was totally confused with some polishes and things got mixed up so I deleted that post, but later discovered it wasn't needed :P But just a swatch is not wearing it, right? So today I actually wore Crimson.

Crimson is like a deep, deep, deep purple. Almost black. And I could bore you right now with different angles of this polish, but it wouldn't get any different.

That's why I put Golden Rose Scale Effect #15 over it. In the Golden Rose flakie post from a few days ago the true colors didn't really show. I'm actually talking about the interesting blue in it. I did had to use 2 coats of it to make it look noticeable.

Day 14 - A Polish That Is Inexpensive

This one is easy! I found this one like 2 or 3 weeks ago at a drugstore. There is this gross thing with little basket kind of things with make-up and all that jazz that is discontinued. That sentence made no sense, so let's go on. I got this polish for only € 0,50 :D In dollars that's only $ 0,70! :O This is Essence Midnight Rocker.

This is one of my favorite polishes! I love that it's almost black, I love that it's blue. I love it on my nails! :)

If I find more of these, I will buy them! xD I also wanted to see the effect of it matte and love it! I used Gosh's matte topcoat again. I love how it's matte, but still shiny!

And no dark nail polish without flakies. :P Here I used Golden Rose Scale Effect #9.
